Lucy McTier's painting, "President Reagan," is a 24 x 36 inch portrait presented to President Reagan in the Oval Office by 27-year-old Lucy, her husband, David and their son, Jace McTier. The painting features the President on his ranch in California, astride his Anglo-Arab stallion, El Alemain. The horse was a gift to him from the former president of Mexico, Jose Portillo.
